 रिलायंस रिटेलमध्ये केकेआरची ५५०० कोटींची गुंतवणूक

⚡ रिलायंस उद्योगसमूहाची उपकंपनी रिलायंस रिटेलमध्ये १५ दिवसात दुसरी विदेशी गुंतवणूक झाली आहे.

💁‍♂️ इक्विटी : आरआरव्हीएलमध्ये जागतिक गुंतवणूकदार कंपनी केकेआरने ५५०० कोटींची गुंतवणूक केले असून ४.२१ लाख कोटी इक्विटी मूल्यांकनावर ही गुंतवणूक केली गेली आहे. 

👉 हिस्सा : केकेआरने रिलायंस रिटेलमध्ये १.२८ टक्के हिस्सा मिळविला आहे. यापूर्वी केकेआरने रिलायंस जिओ प्लॅटफॉर्मवर ११३६७ कोटी गुंतविले आहेत.

🗣️ घोषणा : बुधवारी रिलायंस रिटेलमधील गुंतवणुकीची घोषणा केली गेली त्यानंतर रिलायंसचा शेअर दोन टक्क्यांनी उसळला. 

📌 विदेशी गुंतवणूक : सप्टेंबरमध्ये अमेरिकन गुंतवणूकदार कंपनी सिल्व्हर लेकने रिलायंस रिटेलमध्ये ७५०० कोटींची गुंतवणूक करून १.७५ टक्के हिस्सा घेतला आहे.


KKR invests Rs 5,500 crore in Reliance Retail

Reliance Retail, a subsidiary of Reliance Industries, has made its second foreign investment in 15 days.

Equity: Global investor KKR has invested Rs 5,500 crore in RRVL with an equity valuation of Rs 4.21 lakh crore.

 Share: KKR has acquired 1.28 per cent stake in Reliance Retail. Earlier, KKR had invested Rs 11,367 crore on the Reliance Jio platform.

 Announcement: Shares of Reliance Retail jumped two per cent after the announcement of its investment in the company on Wednesday.

Foreign investment: In September, US-based Silver Lake invested Rs 7,500 crore in Reliance Retail and acquired a 1.75 per cent stake.
