 वडवणी तालुक्यात पावसाचा कहर; खरीप पिके उद्धवस्त


वडवणी तालुक्यात आति पावसाने कहर केला असुन दररोजच येणाऱ्या धुव्वाधार पावसाने शेतातील उभी पिके उद्धवस्त झाली आहेत त्यामुळे शेतकरी वर्ग संकटात सापडला आहे.

तरी शासनाने नुकसानग्रस्त भागाची सरसकट पाहणी करुन शेतकऱ्यांना हेक्टरी मदत देण्यात यावी अशी मागणी शेतकरी वर्गातुन होत आहे.यंदाच्या वर्षी वडवणी तालुक्यातील अनेक भागात गेल्या ३०मे पासुन ते आजपर्यंत पावसाने कहरच केला आसुन या अखंड संततधार कोसळणाऱ्या पावसामुळे शेतकऱ्यांची अक्षरशः वाट लागली आहे.

या भागात जवळपास ६०%ऊसाची लागवड झालेली आहे सुरुवातीला हे पिक जोमात आले होते परंतु एकाच दिवशी आलेल्या वादळी पावसामुळे हे पिक जमिनदोस्त झाले आहे.

तर शेतातील ईतर खरीपाची पिके त्यात मुख्यत्वे कापुस पिक हे अति पावसाने सडुन गेले आहे तसेच सोयाबीन, तुर, उडीद, मुग, बाजरी आदी पिके ही जागेवरच सडुन गेली आहेत त्यामुळे शेतकरी संपूर्णपणे उध्दवस्त झाला आहे.

कारण शेतात खरीप पिकासाठी केलेली प्रचंड मेहनत व खत बि-बियाणासाठी झालेला प्रचंड खर्च  यामुळे शेतकरी वर्ग हतबल झाला आहे. 

तरी शासनाने त्वरीत या भागातील नुकसानीची प्रत्यक्ष पाहणी करुन शेतकऱ्यांना तातडीने हेक्टरी मदत द्यावी अशी मागणी शेतकरी वर्गातुन होत आहे.

Heavy rains have wreaked havoc in Wadwani taluka and daily torrential rains have destroyed standing crops in the fields, leaving the farmers in dire straits.

However, there is a demand from the farmers that the government should inspect the damaged areas and provide assistance to the farmers per hectare.

About 60% sugarcane has been planted in this area. Initially, the crop was thriving but due to heavy rains on the same day, the crop has been destroyed.

Other kharif crops in the field, mainly cotton, have been destroyed by heavy rains and soybean, tur, urad, mug, bajra, etc. have been destroyed on the spot, so the farmer has been completely devastated.

This is because of the huge effort made in the field for the kharif crop and the huge cost incurred for fertilizer b-seeds.

However, there is a demand from the farmers that the government should immediately inspect the damage in this area and provide immediate help to the farmers per hectare.
