💥 कोविडमुळे हंगामी वसतिगृहाबाबत अद्यापही निर्णय नाही...

जिल्ह्यामध्ये ४ लाखांपेक्षा जास्त ऊसतोड मजूर आहेत. ऊसतोड मजुरांच्या मुलांचे शैक्षणिक नुकसान टाळण्यासाठी शासनाने हंगामी वसतिगृह सुरू केले. यंदा कोविडमुळे शाळा बंद असल्याने हंगामी वसतिगृहाबाबत अद्यापही कुठलाच निर्णय झालेला नाही. 

हंगामी वसतिगृह सुरू होणार की मुलांच्या खात्यावर पैशे टाकण्यात येणार याबाबत शासन विचार करत असल्याचे दिसून येत आहे. बीड जिल्ह्यातील ऊसतोड मजुरांच्या मुलांसाठी दरवर्षी गावपातळीवर हंगामी वसतिगृह सुरू केले जातात. 

२० मुलांची संख्या असल्यानंतर वसतिगृह उभारण्यास जिल्हा परिषदेकडून परवानगी दिली जात असे. जिल्ह्यात जवळपास २५ ते २८ हजार ऊसतोड मजुरांची मुले आहेत. 

या मुलांसाठी ५०० पेक्षा जास्त वसतिगृह सुरू करावे लागतात. यावर्षी कोविडमुळे अद्यापही शाळा सुरू झालेल्या नाहीत. दिवाळीनंतर शाळा सुरू होणार असल्याचे सांगितले जात असले तरी त्याबाबत ठोस निर्णय झालेला नाही. 

शाळा सुरू नाहीत तर हंगामी वसतिगृह कसे सुरू होणार? असा प्रश्‍न उपस्थित होत आहे. वसतिगृह सुरू करण्याबाबत शिक्षण विभागाने अजून तरी निर्णय घेतलेला नाही. वसतिगृह सुरू करणार की, मुलांच्या खात्यावर पैशे जमा केले जाणार?याबाबत विचार सुरू असल्याचे सांगण्यात आले आहे.

There are more than 4 lakh sugarcane workers in the district. The government started seasonal hostels to prevent educational loss to the children of sugarcane workers. No decision has been taken yet on the temporary hostel as the school is closed due to Kovid this year.

The government seems to be considering whether to start a seasonal hostel or transfer money to the children's account. Seasonal hostels are started every year at the village level for the children of sugarcane workers in Beed district.

The Zilla Parishad used to give permission to set up hostels after having 20 children. There are about 25 to 28 thousand children of sugarcane workers in the district.

More than 500 hostels have to be started for these children. Schools have not started yet due to Kovid this year. Though it is said that the school will start after Diwali, no concrete decision has been taken.

How will the seasonal hostel start if schools are not started? Such a question is present. The education department has not yet decided whether to start a hostel. Whether the hostel will be started or the money will be deposited in the children's account?
