 💥 माजलगाव पंचायत समितीला कोणी विस्तार अधिकारी देता का?

माजलगाव पंचायत समितीमध्ये तीन विस्तार अधिकार्‍यांची पदे मंजूर असताना एक रजेवर गेला असून दोन विस्तार अधिकारी तालुक्यातील मोठ्या ग्रामपंचायतीला प्रशासक म्हणून नियुक्त केलेले आहेत. 

या ठिकाणी रुजू झालेल्या नविन गटविकास अधिकारी विस्तार अधिकार्‍यामार्फत फाईल आल्याशिवाय त्या फाईलकडे पहातही नाहीत. त्यामुळे विस्तार अधिकारी नसल्याने या पंचायत समितीतील सर्वच कामे खोळंबलेले आहेत. 

याठिकाणी गेल्या चार दिवसांपूर्वी नवीन गटविकास अधिकारी म्हणून माने रुजू झाल्या आहेत. त्यांची आतापर्यंत डी.एस्सी. तयार होऊन आलेली नाही. याठिकाणी तीन विस्तार अधिकारी आहेत त्यापैकी शेंडे नावाचे विस्तार अधिकारी वैद्यकीय रजेवर गेले आहेत. 

पारडकर नावाचे दुसरे विस्तार अधिकारी दिंद्रुड ग्रामपंचायतच्या प्रशासकपदी नियुक्त झाल्याने ते तिकडेच असतात तर रोडेवार नावाचे तिसरे विस्तार अधिकारी यांचे नुकतेच प्रमोशन झाले असून ते सहायक गटविकास अधिकारी झाले आहेत आणि त्यासोबतच नित्रूड ग्रामपंचायतीचा प्रशासक पदाचा त्यांच्याकडे पदभार आहे. 

त्यामुळे विस्तार अधिकारी या नात्याने त्यांच्याकडून टिपणी टाकून ज्या फाईल गटविकास अधिकार्‍यांकडे जायला हवेत त्या जात नाहीत. राज्यामध्ये रमाई घरकुलसाठी गेल्या तीन वर्षांचेच ९०० कोटी रुपयांचे दायित्व असताना सामाजिक न्याय विभागाने फक्त १०० कोटी रुपये दिलेले आहेत. 

माजलगाव तालुक्यातही गेल्या तीन वर्षातील अनेक लाभार्थ्यांचे पैशे मिळणे बाकी आहे. या लाभार्थ्यांनी व्याज उसनवारी करून आपल्या घरांचे बांधकाम केलेले आहे. गेल्या तीन वर्षांपासून ही व्याज उसनवारी केल्यामुळे हे घरकुल लाभार्थी मोठ्या प्रमाणावर अडचणीत सापडले आहेत.

In Majalgaon Panchayat Samiti, while the posts of three extension officers have been sanctioned, one has gone on leave and two extension officers have been appointed as administrators to the large gram panchayats in the taluka.

The new group development officers who have joined this place do not even look at the file unless it is received through the extension officer. Therefore, as there is no extension officer, all the works in this Panchayat Samiti have been delayed.

Mane has been here as a new group development officer for the last four days. His so far D.Sc. Not ready. There are three extension officers here, out of which an extension officer named Shende has gone on medical leave.

A second extension officer named Pardkar has been appointed as the administrator of Dindrud Gram Panchayat and he is still there.

Therefore, as an extension officer, the files that need to go to the group development officer after leaving comments from him do not go. While the state has a liability of Rs 900 crore for Ramai Gharkul in the last three years, the social justice department has given only Rs 100 crore.

Even in Majalgaon taluka, many beneficiaries of the last three years are yet to receive money. These beneficiaries have built their houses by borrowing interest. Beneficiaries of these houses have been facing a lot of difficulties due to the interest borrowing for the last three years.
