 विद्यापीठ कर्मचा-यांचे आजपासून लेखणी बंद आंदोलन

औरंगाबाद, दि.२४ :  सातव्या वेतन आयोग लागु करणे कालबध्द पदोन्नती यासह विविध मागण्यांसाठी महाराष्ट्रातील १४ अकृषी विद्यापीठे व महाविद्यालयातील हजारो कर्मचारी २४ ते ३० सप्टेंबर दरम्यान ‘काम बंद‘ आंदोलन करणार आहेत, अशी माहिती विद्यापीठ कर्मचारी कृती समितीचे राज्य समन्वयक डॉ. कैलास पाथ्रीकर यांनी दिली.

केंद्र व राज्यशासनाने सातव्या वेतन आयोगाच्या शिफारसी लागू करुन दोन वर्षांचा कालावधी लोटला. राज्य शासनाने तर उच्च व तंत्र शिक्षण विभागातील प्राध्यापक प्रवर्गामध्ये आयोग लागू केला. तथापि राज्यातील १४ विद्यापीठांचे कर्मचारी, अधिकारी अजूनही या आयोगाच्या लाभापासून वंचित आहेत. या संदर्भात राज्य शासन, मंत्री यांच्यासोबत वारंवार बैठका पार पडल्या. 

मात्र सातव्या वेतन आयोगासह कर्मचा-यांची कालबध्द पदोन्नती व अनेक विषय प्रलंबित आहेत. त्यामुळे महाराष्ट्र राज्य विद्यापीठ व महाविद्यालये कर्मचारी संयुक्त कृती समिती स्थापना करण्यात आली आहे. या कृती समितीची गेल्या आठवडयात बैठक होऊ आंदोलन करण्याचा निर्णय घेण्यात आला. 

२४ ते ३० सप्टेंबर दरम्यान लेखणी बंद आंदोलन पुकारण्यात आले आहे. तर एक ऑक्टोबर पासून सर्व कर्मचारी संपुर्ण काम बंद करुन संपात सहभागी होणार आहेत. राज्यशासन केवळ तोंडी आश्वासन देऊन कर्मचा-यांची दिशाभूल करीत आहे. त्यामुळे कर्मचा-यांच्या भावना तिव्र  बनलेल्या आहेत. या राज्यव्यापी आंदोलनात डॉ.बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर मराठवाडा विद्यापीठातील सर्व तसेच संलग्नित सर्व महाविद्यालयातील कर्मचा-यांनी सहभागी व्हावे, असे आवाहन कृती समितीचे समन्वयक तथा महासंघाचे राज्य उपाध्यक्ष डॉ. कैलास पाथ्रीकर वा संघटनेचे अध्यक्ष पर्वत कासुरे यांनी केले आहे.

Aurangabad, Dec 24: Thousands of employees of 14 non-agricultural universities and colleges in Maharashtra will stage a 'work stoppage' agitation from September 24 to 30 to demand implementation of the Seventh Pay Commission and timely promotions. Presented by Kailash Pathrikar.

Two years have elapsed since the Central and State Governments implemented the recommendations of the Seventh Pay Commission. The state government has implemented the commission in the professors category in the higher and technical education department. However, the staff of 14 universities in the state are still deprived of the benefits of this commission. In this context, frequent meetings were held with the state government and ministers.

However, periodical promotions of employees including the Seventh Pay Commission and many other issues are pending. Therefore, Maharashtra State University and College Staff Joint Action Committee has been established. It was decided to hold a meeting of the action committee last week.

A strike has been called between September 24 and 30. So from October 1, all employees will go on strike. The state government is only misleading the employees by giving verbal assurances. As a result, the feelings of the employees have become intense. All the employees of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University and all the affiliated colleges should participate in this state-wide agitation, appealed the coordinator of the action committee and the state vice president of the federation, Dr. Kailas Pathrikar or Parvat Kasure, the president of the association.
