⚡ राज्यातील सुक्ष्म व लघु उपक्रमांच्या सर्वागिण विकासासाठी औद्योगिक समूह विकासाची संकल्पना स्वीकारली आहे. राज्याचा समतोल औद्योगिक विकास घडवून त्याद्वारे आर्थिक विकास साधणे, रोजगार व स्वयंरोजगाराच्या भरीव संधी निर्माण करणे हे योजनेचे मुख्य उद्दीष्ट आहे.

🧐 योजनेच्या प्रमुख अटी :

▪ विशिष्ट भौगोलिक क्षेत्रावर कार्यरत एकाच प्रकारच्या उद्योग प्रवर्गातील किमान 10 सूक्ष्म, लघु कार्यरत घटक.

▪ सामूहिक प्रोत्साहन योजना 2013 मध्ये दिल्यानुसार "ड", "ड+" आणि "विना उद्योग जिल्हे" तसेच नक्षलग्रस्त क्षेत्रे या भागात असणारे औद्योगिक समूह.

💁‍♂ लाभाचे स्वरूप असे:

▪ क्षमता वृध्दी कार्यक्रम अंमलबजावणी :

क्षमता वृध्दी कार्यक्रमाकरिता मंजूर प्रकल्प किंमत मर्यादा 10 लाख रुपये असून त्याअंतर्गत राज्य शासनाचे अनुदान 90 टक्के व लाभार्थ्याचा सहभाग 10 टक्के राहील.

▪ सामायिक सुविधा केंद्र उभारणी : 

सामायिक सुविधा केंद्र उभारणीसाठी राज्य शासनाची अनुदान मर्यादा 5 कोटी रुपये किंवा मंजूर प्रकल्प किंमतीच्या 70 टक्के यापैकी जी कमी रक्कम असेल ती. औद्योगिक समूहात 100 टक्के सुक्ष्म उद्योग घटक 50 टक्क्यापेक्षा जास्त महिला उद्योग घटक असणाऱ्या औद्योगिक सममूहाकरिता राज्य शासनाचे अनुदान 80 टक्के  राहील.

The concept of industrial group development has been adopted for the overall development of micro and small enterprises in the state. The main objective of the scheme is to achieve balanced economic development of the state and thereby economic growth, employment and self-employment opportunities.

 Key terms of the scheme:

 At least 10 micro, small working elements of the same type of industry working on a specific geographical area.

As per the Collective Incentive Scheme 2013, industrial groups located in "D", "D +" and "Non-Industry Districts" as well as Naxal-affected areas.

 The benefits are as follows:

Capacity building program implementation:

The sanctioned project cost limit for capacity building program is Rs. 10 lakhs, under which the grant from the State Government will be 90 per cent and the participation of the beneficiary will be 10 per cent.

Shared Facilitation Center Setup:

The grant limit of the State Government for setting up of shared facilities is Rs. 5 crore or 70 per cent of the sanctioned project cost whichever is less. The state government subsidy will be 80 per cent for industrial conglomerates with 100 per cent micro industry component and more than 50 per cent women industrial component.
