 💥 'EPFO' आणि 'ESIC' च्या बदलांवर शिक्कामोर्तब


💫 श्रम कायद्यात सुधारणा करण्यासंदर्भातील तीन महत्वाच्या विधेयकांना संसदेत मंजुरी मिळाली आहे. तीनही विधेयकांत असंघटित क्षेत्रात नोकरी करणाऱ्या कर्मचाऱ्यांना महत्वाच्या सुविधा देण्यात आल्या आहेत.

✨ यामध्ये ईएसआयसी अधिकांश कर्मचाऱ्यांना आरोग्य संरक्षणाचा अधिकार देण्याचा प्रयत्न केला असून ही सुविधा आता सर्व 740 जिल्ह्यांत उपलब्ध करण्यात येणार आहे.

👉 याशिवाय धोकादायक काम असलेल्या संस्थेला, कंपनीला ईएसआयसीशी कनेक्ट होणे बंधनकारक असणार आहे. तसेच कामगारांना नियुक्ती पत्र मिळवण्याचा कायदेशीर अधिकार देण्यात आला.  

📌 दरम्यान, विशिष्ट वयापेक्षा अधिक वय असलेल्या कर्मचाऱ्यांची वर्षातून एकदा निःशुल्क आरोग्य तपासणी करणे कंपनीला बंधनकारक असणार आहे.


Sealing of changes in EPFO ​​and ESIC

Parliament has approved three important bills to amend the Labor Act. All the three bills provide important facilities to employees working in the unorganized sector.

In this, ESIC has tried to give healthcare rights to most of the employees and this facility will now be available in all 740 districts.

In addition to the risky work organization, the company will be required to connect to ESIC. Workers were also given the legal right to obtain appointment letters.

Meanwhile, the company will be required to conduct free health check-ups once a year for employees above a certain age.
