Ahmednagar News शिर्डी साईबाबा संस्थानच्या सुपर स्पेशालिटी रुग्णालयांमध्ये एका डॉक्टराने अल्पवयीन मुलीला लज्जा उत्पन्न होईल असे वर्तन केल्याची घटना घडली आहे. (Shirdi Saibaba Super Specialty Hospital)

पीडित मुलगी आपल्या वडिलांसमवेत वैद्यकीय तपासणीसाठी हॉस्पिटलमध्ये आली असतांना आरोपी डॉ. वैभव तांबे (Dr. Vaibhav Tambe) याने हे कृत्ये केले. त्यानंतर झालेला सर्व प्रकार मुलीने आपल्या आई वडिलांना घरी गेल्यावर सांगितला.

मुलीच्या आईने दिलेल्या फिर्यादीवरून शिर्डी पोलिसांनी आरोपी डॉ. वैभव बबन तांबे यांच्या विरुद्ध बाल लैंगिक अत्याचार कायद्यांतर्गत 8 व 10 नुसार तसेच भा.द.वि कलम 354 ( अ),( ब ) अन्वये गुन्हा दाखल केला आहे.

डॉक्टर वैभव तांबे  (Dr. Vaibhav Tambe)) यास रात्री उशिरापर्यंत अटक करण्यात आली, असल्याची माहिती उपविभागीय पोलीस अधिकारी सोमनाथ वाकचौरे (Police Officer Somnath Wakchaure) यांनी दिली. 

शिर्डी पोलीस ठाण्याचे पोलीस निरीक्षक दीपक गंधाले यांच्या मार्गदर्शनाखाली पुढील तपास सहाय्यक पोलीस निरीक्षक मिथुन घुगे सह पोलीस उपनिरीक्षक प्रविण दातरे हे करीत आहे.

The doctor molested the minor girl

A doctor at Shirdi Saibaba Sansthan's super specialty hospitals has allegedly assaulted a minor girl.

While the victim girl was in the hospital with her father for medical check-up, the accused Dr. Vaibhav Tambe did these deeds. The girl told her parents everything that happened when she went home.

According to the complaint lodged by the girl's mother, Shirdi police arrested the accused Dr. A case has been registered against Vaibhav Baban Tambe under sections 8 and 10 of the Child Sexual Abuse Act and also under sections 354 (a) and (b) of the IPC.

Dr. Vaibhav Tambe was arrested till late last night, said Sub-Divisional Police Officer Somnath Wakchaure.

Sub-Inspector of Police Pravin Datare along with Assistant Inspector of Police Mithun Ghuge are conducting further investigation under the guidance of Shirdi Police Station Inspector Deepak Gandhale.
