शेतात रक्ताच्या थारोळ्यात पडलेल्या महिलेचा मृतदेह आणि दुसरीकडे रक्तानं माखलेला सुरा घेऊन आरोपी थेट पोलीस ठाण्यात आल्यानं मोठी खळबळ उडाली. आरोपीला पोलिसांनी तातडीनं ताब्यात घेतलं असून संपूर्ण प्रकाराची चौकशी केली आहे.
सौरभ असं या 22 वर्षीय आरोपीचं नाव आहे. एका कपड्याच्या दुकानात हा काम करायचा. संजीदा-हसीन दाम्पत्य त्याचे शेजारी होते. या दोघांनाही चार मुलं आहेत. दीड वर्षांपूर्वी हसीन आणि सौरभमध्ये अवैध संबंध प्रस्थापित झाले त्यानंतर दोघंही एकमेकांना चोरून भेटायला लागले.
काही दिवसांपूर्वी सौरभ आणि हसीन शेतात भेटत असल्याचं ग्रामस्थांनी पाहिलं आणि गावात चर्चा सुरू झाली. या प्रकरणामुळे हसीनला पतीनं घराबाहेर पडणंही बंद केलं. मात्र तरीही हसीन लपून छपून घराबाहेर पडत राहिली. सौरभने भेटण्यासाठी नकार दिल्यानंतर त्याला ब्लॅकमेल करायला लागली. सततच्या ब्लॅकमेलिंगला वैतागून अखेर सौरभनं हसीनचा काटा काढण्याचा निर्णय घेतला.
सौरभ आणि हसीनचं शेतात भेटायचं ठरलं. ठरलेल्या वेळेत सौरभ पोहोचला पण आज नुसताच नाही तर धारदार चाकू घेऊन. त्यानं हसीनच्या गळ्यावरून फिरवला आणि रक्ताच्या थारोळ्यात ती कोसळली. सौरभ तसाच रक्तानं माखलेला चाकू घेऊन थेट पोलीस ठाण्यात पोहोचला आणि घडलेला प्रकार सांगितला.
या प्रकरणी पोलिसांनी आरोपी सौरभला ताब्यात घेतलं असून घटनास्थळी जाऊन पोलिसांनी मृतदेह ताब्यात घेतला आणि शवविच्छेदनासाठी पाठवला आहे.
