रिया चक्रवर्ती ला न्यायालयीन कोठडीत 6 ऑक्टोबरपर्यंत वाढ! - Riya Chakraborty remanded in judicial custody till October 6

अभिनेता सुशांत सिंह राजपूत [Actor Sushant Singh Rajput] आत्महत्या प्रकरणात पुरत्या अडकलेल्या रिया चक्रवर्तीच्या अडचणींमध्ये दिवसेंदिवस वाढ होत आहे. सुशांत प्रकरणात ड्रग्ज अँगल समोर आल्यानंतर तुरुंगात असलेल्या रिया चक्रवर्तीच्या न्यायलयीन कोठडीत 6 ऑक्टोबरपर्यंत वाढ करण्यात आली आहे. दरम्यान रिया आणि शौविक यांनी जामिनासाठी मुंबई उच्च न्यायालयात धाव घेतली होती. मात्र, न्यायालयाने दोघांचाही जामीन अर्ज फेटाळला. या आधीही न्यायालयाने दोन वेळा रियाचा जामीन अर्ज फेटाळला होता. 

रिया चक्रवर्तीची [Riya Chakraborty] न्यायालयीन कोठडी मंगळवारी (22 सप्टेंबर) संपणार होती. 8 सप्टेंबर रोजी रियाला अटक करून तिची रवानगी भायखळा तुरुंगात करण्यात आली होती. पोलीस कोठडीऐवजी रियाला 14 दिवसांची न्यायालयीन कोठडी ठोठावण्यात आली होती. रियाने ड्रग्ज देवाण-घेवाणीत आपला सहभाग असल्याचे मान्य केल्यावर एनसीबीकडून तिला अटक करण्यात आली होती. रिया चक्रवर्ती या प्रकरणात दोषी आढळल्यास तिला 10 वर्षांची शिक्षा होऊ शकते.

अमली पदार्थ विकत घेणे, त्यासंदर्भात अन्य आरोपींशी संगनमत करणे, याबाबत रियाविरोधात भक्कम पुरावे असल्याचे ‘एनसीबी’ने म्हटले आहे. या संदर्भात एनसीबीचे पथक रियाची चौकशी करत होते. याआधी रियाचा भाऊ शौविक, सुशांतचा व्यवस्थापक सॅम्युअल मिरांडा, नोकर दीपेश सावंत, अमली पदार्थ विक्रेता झैद विलात्रा, राहील विश्राम, कैझान इब्राहिमसह नऊ जणांना ‘एनसीबी’ने अटक केली होती. त्यापैकी शौविक, सॅम्युअल, दीपेश यांच्यासमोर रियाची चौकशी करण्यात आली. सुशांतच्या मृत्यू प्रकरणाचे धागेदोरे अमली पदार्थाशी जोडलेले आहेत का, याबाबतही एनसीबीकडून तपास सुरू आहे.

ड्रग्ज कनेक्शनमध्ये बॉलिवूडकर अडकणार!

रिया चक्रवर्तीने ड्रग्ज कनेक्शनमध्ये नार्कोटिक्स कंट्रोल ब्युरोला बॉलिवूडमधील 25 कलाकारांची यादी दिल्याची धक्कादायक माहिती आहे. ड्रग्ज कनेक्शनमध्ये बॉलिवूडमधील बडी नावंही समोर येण्याची शक्यता निर्माण झाली आहे. एनसीबीच्या चौकशीत अभिनेत्री रिया चक्रवर्तीने प्रख्यात अभिनेता सैफ अली खानची मुलगी आणि अभिनेत्री सारा अली खान, अभिनेत्री रकुल प्रीत सिंग आणि फॅशन डिझायनर सिमॉन खंबाटा यांची नावं  घेतल्याचा दावा केला जात आहे.

सुशांतला आत्महत्येस प्रवृत्त केल्याच्या आरोपावरून सीबीआयने (केंद्रीय अन्वेषण विभाग) नोंदवलेल्या गुन्ह्यात रिया मुख्य आरोपी आहे. आर्थिक गैरव्यवहाराबाबत सुशांतचे वडील के. के. सिंह यांनी केलेल्या आरोपप्रकरणी ईडीकडून (सक्तवसुली संचालनालय) तपास सुरू आहे. रिया आणि अन्य आरोपींनी मोबाईलमधून डिलीट केलेले व्हॉट्सअ‍ॅप चॅट ईडीने रिस्टोर केले आहेत. त्यातूनच रिया आणि अन्य आरोपी अमली पदार्थ विक्रेत्यांच्या संपर्कात होते, अशी माहिती पुढे आली. त्यानंतर एनसीबीने गुन्हा नोंदवून या प्रकरणी तपास सुरू केला.

Riya Chakraborty's troubles with actor Sushant Singh Rajput suicide case are increasing day by day. Riya Chakraborty's judicial custody has been extended till October 6 after a drug angle came to light in the Sushant case. Meanwhile, Riya and Shawvik had moved the Mumbai High Court for bail. However, the court rejected their bail applications. Earlier, the court had twice rejected Riya's bail application.

Riya Chakraborty's judicial custody was due to end on Tuesday (September 22). Riya was arrested on September 8 and sent to Byculla jail. Rhea was sentenced to 14 days in judicial custody instead of police custody. Rhea was arrested by the NCB after she admitted her involvement in drug trafficking. If convicted, Riya Chakraborty could face up to 10 years in prison.

The NCB has said that there is strong evidence against Riya for buying drugs and colluding with other accused. An NCB team was investigating Riya in this regard. Earlier, Riya's brother Shauvik, Sushant's manager Samuel Miranda, servant Deepesh Sawant, drug dealer Zaid Vilatra, Raheel Vishram, Kazan Ibrahim and nine others were arrested by the NCB. Among them, Riya was interrogated in front of Shauvik, Samuel and Deepesh. The NCB is also investigating whether the threads of Sushant's death are linked to drugs.

Bollywood will get involved in drug connection!

It is shocking that Riya Chakraborty has given a list of 25 actors in Bollywood to the Narcotics Control Bureau in Drugs Connection. Buddy names in Bollywood are also likely to appear in the drug connection. NCB interrogator Riya Chakraborty is alleged to have named the daughter of renowned actor Saif Ali Khan and actress Sara Ali Khan, actress Rakul Preet Singh and fashion designer Simon Khambata.

Riya is the main accused in the case registered by the CBI (Central Bureau of Investigation) for allegedly inciting Sushant to commit suicide. Sushant's father K. K. The ED (Directorate of Recovery) is investigating the allegations made by Singh. WhatsApp chats deleted from mobile by Riya and other accused have been restored by ED. It is learned that Riya and other accused were in touch with drug dealers. The NCB then registered a case and launched an investigation into the matter.
